As the sole owner of your acting business it is vital that you know what you are selling. GetReady4LA will discuss effective procedures to market yourself and help you identify how you will represent yourself and what separates you from the rest. We will also discuss ways to stay in contact with casting directors in an acceptable manner.

The "Business" is ever changing and you have to stay prepared. GetReady4LA's casting director Derek Marquardt will go over techniques that are not commonly taught at Theater or Acting schools. These techniques can be easily applied to what you have already learned. By taking these workshops you will learn steps that help you get the call back, then the booking.

Many actors market themselves without utilizing their strongest qualities, the ones that come naturally to you. After taking the Image Workshop, you will gain a clear understanding on how to market your true image. Headshot photographer Michael Calas photographs your essence. These are the images that are innate to you and are the ones that will help you walk into to any audition looking like yourself. Michael works closely with managers and agents when developing new talent.
